We offer flexible subscription options! Choose from monthly subscriptions or prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months. You can select from our Mini, Medium, or Regular TreatBox sizes.

Yes, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking “Cancel.” Monthly subscriptions end immediately with no further charges. Prepaid subscriptions of 3, 6, and 12 months will continue until the end of the prepaid period, but no further payments are taken provided you cancel your subscription by the renewal date.

No, your subscription price will remain the same for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, new pricing may apply.

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Typically, your sweets arrive within 2 working days, but please allow up to 14 days to receive your order.

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We're exploring international shipping options, so stay tuned!

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or of unsatisfactory quality. Please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem.

Delivery usually takes around two working days, but please allow up to 14 days, particularly during busy times of the year such as Christmas. If your delivery is still missing after 14 days, please email us with your order details so we can check the status for you. All deliveries are sent tracked.
