These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ohh Sweet website and the purchase of our Pick N Mix products, whether as a one‑off purchase or as a subscription. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products

Ohh Sweet sells sweets and treats in the form of Pick N Mix products only.
Product contents and weights may vary and may change from time to time at our discretion.
Contents may be repeated from one order to another.

2. Purchase Options

Customers can purchase our products in two ways:

Monthly subscription:
- Billed automatically each month until cancelled.
- There is no minimum term; customers can cancel at any time before the next billing date.
One‑off purchase:
- A single order with no ongoing commitment.
Not all products or sizes may be available at all times.
We reserve the right to introduce new products, sizes, or offers or to withdraw products from sale without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of order for one‑off purchases and at the time of each recurring billing for subscriptions.
We may change prices from time to time; any price changes will apply to new purchases and future subscription renewals.
If your subscription price changes, you will be notified in advance and can cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

4. Subscription Management and Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your online account.
Cancellation takes effect from the next billing date; no further payments will be taken after cancellation.
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Once a payment has been taken for that month’s box or jar, that order will still be processed and delivered.

5. Delivery

Delivery is included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders are delivered to UK addresses only.
Delivery is typically within a few working days of dispatch, but customers should allow up to 14 calendar days.
Ohh Sweet is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or by postal or courier issues beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and, where possible, photographs.
Where a quality issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund at our discretion.
Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted.

7. Age Restriction

Our products and services are intended for customers aged 18 or over.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

8. Allergens and Dietary Information

Ingredient and allergen information is provided on or with the packaging where required.
Customers are responsible for checking all ingredient and allergen details before consumption, particularly in cases of allergies or intolerances.
Ohh Sweet cannot accept liability for adverse reactions where allergen information has been clearly provided.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohh Sweet will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in respect of any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

10. Changes to Products and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any product or offer at any time.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions periodically; any changes will be published on our website and will apply to future orders and renewals.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
