Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing or purchasing.
 

1. Products and Subscription Options

• Ohh Sweet offers three sizes of TreatBox subscription packages:

  • Mini,

  • Medium,

  • and Regular.

• Each size may be subscribed to via different plans: monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscriptions.

• Not all subscription options are available for every TreatBox size.

• We may add new sizes, subscription lengths, or promotional offers periodically.
   

2. Payment and Billing

• Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.

• 3, 6, and 12-month plans require payment upfront for the entire period.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled before renewal.

• Prices are fixed for the duration of your subscription but may change upon renewal.
   

3. Cancellation and Renewals

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time with effect from the next billing cycle.

• Longer subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term for refunds, but will not renew after the prepaid term.

• Subscribers manage cancellations and plans via their account dashboard.
   

4. Delivery Information

• Delivery is included in subscription fees and made via Royal Mail to UK addresses only.

• Delivery usually takes 2 working days, but up to 14 days should be allowed.

• Ohh Sweet is not liable for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or postal issues.
   

5. Variation of Product Contents

• Contents and weight of each TreatBox vary monthly and may include repeat items. We ensure that quality and value align with the chosen box size.
   

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to product perishability, returns are only accepted where there is a quality issue reported within 7 days. Proof of issue may be required.

• Refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions mid-term.
   

7. Age Restriction

• Customers must be 18 years or older.
   

8. Amendments

• These Terms may be updated, with changes notified via the website or email prior to effect.
   

9. Governing Law

• Terms are governed by English law.
