SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Ohh Sweet ships exclusively to UK addresses using Royal Mail. Postage is included in all product and subscription prices.
 

Delivery times are usually within 2 working days from dispatch; however, customers should allow up to 14 calendar days for receipt to accommodate postal delays or peak periods.
 

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. Ohh Sweet is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
 

If an order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us immediately at hello@ohhsweet.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
