REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our sweets products, we do not accept returns except in cases where there is a quality issue (e.g., the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described). If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement due to a quality issue, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. You must provide a detailed description and photographic evidence where possible.

Once a return or refund request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds for cancelled annual subscriptions will not be issued mid-term, but service will continue until the end of the prepaid period.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, allergies not declared prior to purchase, or minor variations in product contents.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen and ingredient information before purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are not typically applicable since returns are only accepted for faults.
